Every two years, the Krio Descendants Union brings together families, elders, youth and friends from North America, Europe, Africa, and beyond. In September 2027, KDU California is deeply honored to open its arms on the West Coast.
From rich historical symposiums and vibrant Awujo cultural feasts to youth gatherings and Thanksgiving fellowship, this global reunion is our collective pledge to honor our ancestors, preserve our unique Krio language and customs, and inspire future generations.
